The Way to School

Frances Hallman-Chong: Thank you for visiting my painting blog. I am an artist and educator working primarily in water colour and oil. I enjoy portraying a variety of subjects, and am particularly drawn to the challenges of painting outdoors. Prior to the pandemic, I operated Art Tracks Drawing and Painting Classes in Toronto's west end, but have since replaced in-person classes with occasional sessions online.
